About Our Doctors

As members of the medical profession, our physicians are attracted to the challenge of diagnosing and treating a wide variety of illnesses and medical conditions. As Family Medicine specialists, they find great personal satisfaction in taking care of families; the new babies, kids, adolescents, young adults, moms, dads and grandparents of our community. They are committed to helping their patients make the right decisions that produce healthy, enjoyable lives. Our doctors take care of their patients as they would members of their own families, part of our extended families, part of the reason we've made Central Texas our home. We invite you to get to know our Family Physicians, serving families in our community for over half a century.

Ronald Only, D.O.

Ronald Only, D.O.

Dr. Ronald Only is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and board certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Doctors of Osteopathy maintain the same curriculum as traditional medical schools, but their training includes additional emphasis on the human skeletal system. Osteopathic and family medicine are both dedicated to treating and healing the patient as a whole, rather than focusing on one system or body part. Osteopaths deliver babies, perform organ transplants, treat acute trauma patients, and perform brain surgery just like all other physicians. Doctors of Osteopathy believe that lifestyle plays an important role in health and treat each person as an individual, not as a set of symptoms. This fundamental philosophy of patient-focused care is what enables the Osteopath to provide comprehensive health care, while making the patient feel well cared for. As an Osteopathic physician, Dr. Only will often use osteopathic manipulative treatment, a hands-on approach, to treat back pain and other related issues.

In his free time, Dr. Only enjoys sports, listening and composing music and playing bass guitar with a local group of musicians.
